Sunday Classes start at 12pm:
Abby Osgood is the Sunday Yoga & Pints instructor. Every Sunday at 12pm, the class will start. Get here a few minutes early to get signed in and setup.
Abby Osgood is a Boise native and has been practicing yoga since she was eighteen. She completed the teacher training in the Spring of last year and has been developing teaching techniques ever since. Yoga has not only changed her life, but changed the way she reacts to the things life presents.
Yoga is a passion, where she also loves finding new spots to take her paddleboard, chasing a hot springs, rollerblading, slacklining, reading, writing and bowling. She loves finding new things to do outside and recently discovered her love of rock climbing.
Abby's practice is a piece of who she is, and it is her goal as a teacher to encourage others to find their inner yogi in a safe and compassionate environment. Her teaching reflects her own practice; a mix of Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation and core work with an emphasis on alignment and finding softness in each pose.
As she's transitioned into the role of teacher her love of yoga has only grown. Nothing is more exciting than watching someone conquer a pose or take their practice to new heights. She is truly humbled by each student who allows her to play a small role in their yoga journey.ॐ
Saturday classes will start March 2nd. 2019 at 11am
Sally Tompkins is the Saturday Yoga & Pints instructor. Every Saturday at 11am, the class will start. Get here a few minutes early to get signed in and setup.
Sally Tompkins is an RYT 200 Hr. Vinyasa Yoga Student and Teacher with a background in Secondary Education. Her inspiration as a yoga teacher is her practice both on and off the mat. Movement gives Sally space to reflect, process, and seek balance in her life while giving her body what it needs at that moment. She embraces diversity in her classes- groups of individuals meeting to enjoy and share the practice with each other.
Wednesday Night classes will start February 27th. 2019 at 6pm
